Who we are
My Rescue Sanctuary ("the app") is made by Mediavine, Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles information.
Information we collect
None. The app does not ask for your name, email, age, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information, and it does not create accounts. The app does not use the camera, microphone, or location services.
What stays on your device
Your saved rescues (your pets, rooms, stickers, and progress) and your sound settings are stored only on your iPhone or iPad. They are never sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes this data.
No ads, analytics, or tracking
The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking tools, and no social features. It does not track you across other apps or websites, and it does not use your device's advertising identifier.
No purchases or outside links
The app has no in-app purchases and does not link to outside websites, except the links to this privacy policy and our support page.
Children's privacy
The app is designed to be fun and safe for kids. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect none from children under 13. This is consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws.
Crash reports
If you choose to share diagnostics with Apple in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports. These do not identify you. You can turn this off in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes how information is handled, we will update this page and the effective date above before that version is released.
